GCE was established in 2002 and has Class A and Class B contracting licenses in Arizona, and a Class A license in California. In the early years of our company, the emphasis was on management to include quality control and safety enforcement. As a graduate of the 8(a) program, a shift in concentration occurred to acquire our own equipment and personnel to self-perform our own work became a priority. 

GCE now has over 150 pieces of heavy equipment including water trucks, dump trucks, loaders, rollers, excavators, graders, backhoes, scrapers, reclaimer mixers, AC pavers, impact crusher, and crew trucks. GCE has operated for over 20 years, however the construction experience of the key personnel has over 100 years of combined experience. With all the right equipment, personnel, and $20M in bonding, GCE can self-perform and complete projects on time to serve our clientele that includes municipalities, government entities, and private developers with the dedication and precision that GCE has become known for.
